Difficult Decisions
I am writing to share a very difficult decision…
A decision that has been many months coming,
A decision that I have put off,
A decision that comes with relief
And also, sadness? Worry? Anxiety? Sorrow?
I’m having a difficult time describing the feeling…
The Pharma IndustryMDCoach will be on a hiatus for the remainder of 2025.
I’ve finally said it, written it, documented it — put it out into the world.
Earlier this year I announced something new was coming and I toyed with a group coaching model;
BUT
I could not bring myself to build that program.
Not at this time…
I need a break to figure out what brings me joy.
I thoroughly enjoy being able to help my physician colleagues explore the pharma/biotech industry and make their career transitions.
I’ve had an opportunity to help MANY physicians over the last approximately 5 years!!!
And now…
It is a time for a break.
All of the content on the website will continue to be available-
And
I must be example for what I coach, what I believe…
We must all follow our hearts and passions.
Today, I am doing just that…
Of course, some details are required:
- Current clients – NOTHING TO FEAR – we will continue working together and you will have my 100% dedication as always!
- The Pharma IndustryMDCoach website will remain active with ALL the FREE resources including blog posts and podcast recordings.
- The on-line self-directed course will remain available and is a GREAT resource for those that are considering a transition to pharma/biotech. The monthly “office hours” calls for these participants will continue (SO… I’m NOT fully going away!).
- Selective urgencies/emergencies might be considered… the industrymdcoach@gmail.com will remain active although will be monitored less frequently for new inquiries.
Thank you to all of my clients over the last 5 years!!! I’m proud of your successes and proud of my role in mentoring you during your transitions.
